who will have a stronger mandate from albertans?

In March 2008, Ed Stelmach's PCs got 501,028 votes compared to Stephen Harper's Conservatives 930,817 Alberta votes in January 2006.

Who will have a stronger mandate to speak on behalf of Albertans on October 14?

Ha! Ha! It doesn't matter--nobody cares what Albertans think, least of all conservatives.

I don't buy into the left's attempts to minimize the PC's win based on absolute vote turnout. Look at percentages, they are what counts.

A stronger mandate to speak to whom about what? If Harper keeps poking his nose in provincila jurisdiction like cap and trade, bitumen and health care he is in for a rude awakening.
