Things will be slowing down on this blog for the next week as I take some time to read some books and enjoy the spirits of the season. Tune in next week for some pre-packaged posts, including the annual review of Alberta MLAs (see 2008 version).

I just wanted to wish all my readers a very Merry Christmas and a safe and happy holiday.

Barring something really interesting happening over the next few days, I'm going to be taking a couple days off from the blog world.

It's Christmas Eve and I will be noticeably absent over the next week as I return to the family homestead in the Alberta bayou for some rest, relaxation, and cross-country skiiing.
