Seriously, city council needs something else to do. We're going to have domes and strange river valley rail cars and "pyramids" welcoming you to the city...geniuses at work...
I think it is a good idea. It is a good way to attract people downtown and improve our profile as Festival City during the long winter months. I like the fact that it can be used as an emergency shelter or a triage area, as well. If used properly, the dome can pay for itself in a few years.
City Council needs to stop spending money on Churchill Square! The last upgrade was a way to attract people downtown. Give it a rest already!
