bad timing award.

While last year's Unfortunate-timing in Alberta Politics Award undoubtedly went to then-Liberal leader Kevin Taft, for his unfortunate timing in announcing a policy to end natural gas rebates during a -40C winter spell, this year's winner is shaping up to be Premier Ed Stelmach.

Could you think of a worse time for an internal Health Department memo calling for a hiring freeze on doctors to be leaked?

I think that the underlying message of that video is: KILL DOTTIE.

Great video.

It will save the Alberta Government from having to use videos from Northumberland.

Reminds me of a Shake'n Bake commercial from when I was a kid. :)

I agree it's kind of a bad time to not be hiring doctors, but then, I remember in BC when they were on a crusade to get rid of the "surplus" of doctors.

Vision isn't something everyone possesses; that's abundantly clear.
